Sheikh Mouhamadou Lamine Bara Mbacke (1891 -1936)

 The third son of Sheikh Ahmadou Bamba, marked the Mouride imagination through the numerous miracles attributed to him.  Although he died at the age of 45, he was known to be a very esoteric, educated and cultured man.  He was father of the 7th Caliph of Muridiyya, Sheikh Sidy Moukhtar from June 30, 2010 to January 9, 2018.
